Vivian L Stowers; Born: December 20, 1934; Died: January 19, 2016

Vivian L. Stowers, age 81 of Crystal Lake, IL, passed away Tuesday at Centegra Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. The daughter of Quillie and Morie King, she was born December 20, 1934 in Wilmington, NC

Vivian was a Nascar fan, and enjoyed doing things for others. She loved watching her grandchildren play baseball, and was a “Gol Darn” good cook, but above all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and will be deeply missed by them.

She is survived by her Six children; Janice (Richard) Hurley, Linda (Tom) McMillan, Rose (Mike) Ruttkai, Bob Johnson, Laurie (John) Rzepka, and Traci Christensen, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, a sister; Melba (Bill) Ravenbark, along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Evelyn and 3 brothers Claude, Clyde and Levy.

A memorial visitation will be held at Skaja Bachmann Funeral Home 7715 W. Rte 14, Crystal Lake on Saturday January
23rd from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 2:00 PM.
