Patsy Louise Creech was born November 27, 1936 the daughter of James Person Creech and Eva Broadwell Creech in Micro, Johnson County, NC. She attended New Hanover High School in Wilmington, NC, graduating in 1954. She married Eugene Blake of Wilmington in 1952, but kept her maiden name throughout high school.
She was thrown from her overturned automobile in Wilmington and died within three hours at James Walker Memorial Hospital in Wilmington on November 2, 1962.
Patsy was buried in plot 14B of Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington, NC.
She was surviced by her husband Eugene Blake who died March 13, 1997 and is buried in plot 14B of Greenlawn Memorial Park in Wilmington, NC, next to Patsy.
She was also survived by both parents; her father died May 6, 1968, No records were found for the death of her mother.
