Obituary: LOUISE PHELPS HOLDEN
Louise Phelps Holden, 75, of Wilmington, passed away Saturday, April 02, 2011, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Louise was born November 25, 1935, in New Hanover County, to the late Riley and Nora Phelps.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Harold Holden and daughters, Deborah Gail Holden and Beverley Ann Holden.
Survivors include three daughters, Denise Rifenburg and husband Douglas of Raleigh, Tina Pickles and husband David also of Raleigh and Robin Greenway and husband Curtis of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Jenny Pickles, Kristen Pickles and Nicholas Greenway; brother, William Riley Phelps and wife Viola of Burlington, NC and a sister, Elizabeth Casha and husband John of Rocky Point, NC.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Monday, April 4, 2011, at Andrews Mortuary Market St. Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 11am, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Andrews Mortuary Market St. Chapel. Burial will follow at 1pm at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Shallotte.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church or charity of one's choice.
