Obituary: BARBARA AUSTIN WILLIAMS
CAROLINA BEACH- Barbara Austin Williams, 70, of Birmingham Ave., died
Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at New Hanover
Regional Medical Center.
Bom in Concord, NC, on July 11, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Claude Lee and Willene Elaine Love Austin.
She was a 1954 graduate of New Hanover High School and was voted May Queen. Survivors include her husband, Robert T. "Bob" Williams Sr.; a daughter, Claudia Harvey of Plant City, FL; a son, Chartes Niven Jr.; step children, Debbie DuBose and husband Scott of Aynor, SC; Robert T. "Bobby" Williams Jr. of Southport , NC; Greg Williams and wife Ginny of Myrtle Beach, SC, grandchildren, Timothy Harvey, Brittany Harvey, Cory and four step-grandchildren, Missy, Zoe, Zane Gray and Samantha.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2007, in Greenlawn Memorial Park by Pastor May Craven, CLP.
The family will receive friends from the home, 613 Birmingham Ave., Carolina Beach, NC 28428.
